The Holosun IRIS-3-RD-IR is a targeting laser (visible + IR + IR illuminator) in an ultra-compact 7075 Aluminium housing - intentionally flatter and lighter than its predecessor, with a centrally placed activation button for ambidextrous operation. This advanced system integrates co-aligned visible red and infrared (IR) targeting lasers, allowing for precise sighting in daylight with the visible laser and seamless transition to IR functionality for night operations. A powerful 60-mW VCSEL IR illuminator provides excellent performance in low light and darkness when used with night vision devices. A beam adjustment dial located on top enables quick, glove-friendly adjustment of the IR beam from wide to narrow for optimal performance across different engagement distances.

Ideal for users who want a bright green dot during the day and wish to rely on IR with night vision devices at night. The rear on/off switch and a mode selector switch enhance ergonomics and user-friendliness. The IRIS module offers four operating modes, each with two brightness levels. The user can choose between a green laser and an IR laser, both available in two power levels. Power is supplied by a CR123A battery, with diminishing capacity indicated by a red LED.
