The LE420G is a laser/light module with a visible green Class IIIa laser, a coaxially mounted Class 2 infrared laser (IR), an IR illuminator for use with night vision devices, and a 600-lumen white light. The housing of the LE420G is made of 7075 aluminum and is matt black anodized. It features a quick-release Picatinny rail mount. The LE420G is powered by two CR123 batteries, allowing for an operating time of up to 5,000 hours.

The rear-mounted selector switch allows for the selection between: Visible Low, Visible High, IR High, IR Illuminator, IR High with IR Illuminator, White Light, or White Light with visible laser – alternatively, the device can be turned off with the included remote switch. The LE420G also features a top-mounted activation button and tactile windage and elevation adjustments for precise zeroing.
