The Holosun IRIS-1-IR is a sleek, single-function laser targeting device, developed for users who demand maximum reliability with minimal weight. The revised 7075 Aluminium housing achieves a weight reduction of around 33% compared to the LS117 series and a 20% lower profile - ideal for modern rifles and compact platforms. The visible dot laser with a 830 nm nm wavelength and an output power of < 5 mW (Visible Laser Class 3R) provides a sharp aiming point. The IRIS module is operated via a central, ergonomically placed push button (Top-Fire) with momentary and constant ON, as well as a rear Power/Mode Selector; additionally, a single-button pressure pad (Crane-Plug / Gel-Button) is included, allowing remote activation at any location. The device runs on AA batteries, indicates low battery level via LED, and is protected against intrusion according to IP 68 - robust enough for tactical operations.
