I have so far bought several holosun products from red dots to magnifiers and I keep coming back for more. So far my experiences with holosun has been great, providing very good quality at a very reasonable price. (Also the pack of gummybears with my last order during the summer sale was a fun surprise!)

I recently purchased 2 red dots via the website of Holosun.eu. Upon arrival, I discovered that I mistakenly ordered a wrong version of one of the red dots. Luckily, their customer service is easily reachable per phone. Mrs. Doms from customer service was very helpful and advised me to order the correct red dot and return the other one free of charge for a refund. When I contacted Mrs. Doms again with another question, I again got a perfect customer service treatment 😊. Both times, the deliveries were on time, and one week after returning the red dot, the purchase was refunded on my credit card. In addition, the red dots work perfectly. So, a well deserved 5 star rating and a customer who will certainly order more products @ Holosun!
